Relationship started out alright. They drove three hours north to my location to invite me to their auction. They promised to reimburse me for my hotel room. After going there for over a year they never once reimbursed me. I ran into an instance where I purchased a truck at their auction. After 35 days of waiting for a title I was forced to return the vehicle. I asked if they would reimburse me for the $725 I put into repairs for the vehicle. I asked that the reimbursement come in a form of credit towards buyer fees of future purchases. Their manager Daryl told me that he wouldn't do such a thing and that they sell hundreds of cars and this wasn't his problem. I told him that I would be forced to take my business elsewhere. His response was, "whatever." I have never seen such terrible customer service. They are more like legal pimps.
Office people were great. Cleanup shop is way overpriced, but at least they do a terrible job. Guy that runs it was rude.
