What a wonderful and trustworthy place. Came here looking for a new jeep to replace my jeep that got totaled in a car accident. I told Ben what I was looking for and how it's been so hard finding one. And in two days he found the exact jeep I was looking for. This place made my nightmare of losing my first jeep into a wonderful new dream.
I purchased a used SUV from them at the end of January 2017 and have no complaints! We had multiple people assist us and each individual was helpful and nice to talk to. They provided us with a detailed CARFAX report and after purchasing, we had our mechanic inspect the vehicle and only found a few small things to get fixed, like changing the belts. I do not feel as though they withheld any information from us and feel like I paid a respectful amount for my vehicle. Also, I love their dog! Thanks again guys!
These used car salesmen (Sean) sold me a vehicle that broke down on day 1 my husband brought it home. They said they'd fix it but whoever they had work on it either was unskilled or was told by the owner to put a bandaid on it. It was towed every month for 5 months and has spent more time in the garage then in my yard. It left me stranded more than once and after the repairs have cost more than $6k; the Ford dealer just told me I need a new engine for another $8500. They were contacted on numerous occasions and told us we were just unlucky and I could bring it back; they'd trade me for another POS off their lot but, guess what? I have to take a $7000 loss on the original price. I've already had losses equal to the sales price. So buying from them is not something I could ever recommend. If you want honest, fair, knowledgeable salespeople...go somewhere else. These guys are crooks.
Very deceptive advertising--made it look like we won a big TV. Turns out your number had to match the winning number, but the ad said absolutely nothing about that. Because of that I don't trust them.
Super pushy I get it you get paid commission but if I say I wanna think about it show some respect and don't double team customers they made me feel bullyed like decide now just rude
