We wanted to use our own shower head and our own door but we were told that it wouldn't be covered under warranty if something would happen so i felt pressured into buying a new shower head for $741.
It would be so so much cheaper to just buy some high end tub, or shower or roof or whatever, and have a handy man install it. That's what SIR Home does, but they build in profit for for it.
Customer service you might as well be talking to a tree out in your backyard because they lack customer service immensely.
Not happy with this company. They were supposed to install a new shower for me with in two weeks. It is going on mor than a month. They cam yesterday and I was told they would be finished by end of day. Well no were near done and no idea when they will be back. I am a disabled Veteran and I need this shower because the tub that I have I can not use without falling, it is to high of a step over. The office workers tell me one thing then I find out from a field worker that it was a lie. I just want my shower back. Hopefully I can get them to get the job done today and not have to wait another week or more.
So after calling 3 or 4 times and not getting a response or was told that the person I wanted to talk to was away from their desk. I finally was handed over to Frank, the owner of sir home improvements. After talking to him and telling him about what the project manager said about getting a new door he wanted to chat with project manager and the people that I wanted to talk to. So he calls me back today and says well here's what I can do I can go half with you on the shower door a $1,499 shower door and that's not even installed. He was going to be nice enough to cut half price off a door and no installation fee. So I do not recommend these people to anybody and I feel bad for the good people they have working for them.
These people suck. Salesperson very friendly. They came in May and I still don't have a working shower. First time they were supposed to come no-call no-show. I stayed home all day. Was told by the project manager that one of his employees quit and he thought he was on his way to our house. So then they set a date for demo the demo guy came did a fabulous job very nice young man. When it came time for the next appointment, I got a phone call saying that the man coming to do the work took an extra day of vacation that they didn't know about.
Save your money!!

Ist appointment they cancelled last minute. 2nd appointment went well signed contract. 3rd appointment the person was unprofessional.no contact for atleast 3 weeks kept getting the run around 4th week received a letter stating the job was out of there scope
If I could I would sooooo give them -100.
So after talking to people that obviously do not have a brain in their head and I was told for the inconvenience we would be getting a shower door, because we couldn't use ours because they took an extra 8 inches off the walls and our shower door wouldn't fit anymore,but they told us they were taking that much off
This company is a JOKE! We hired them to completely remodel our bathroom in our 1920s home. They were WELL AWARE that our house was 100 years old. With the age of our home they knew that there would be lead paint, lath and plaster walls, knob and tube wiring, and of course old plumbing. They also were WELL AWARE that the floor was VERY unlevel and that we wanted tile to go in! Needless to say we were quoted $18000+ for our bathroom and were told it would take 10-14 days to remodel. We are now on day 8 and still don't have a shower! The employees asked my husband how to install the tub drain assembly because they had no clue (hubby was a plumber. And is disabled now)! I am paying a TON of money for a standard size bathroom and they are doing a terrible job. The customer service is absolutely horrible! They rented us a hotel for 2 days total and that's it. Like I said I haven't had a shower in my bathroom in 8 days! If I could rate 0 I would!
